SCENE 23: THE REALIZATION

INT. SURGERY ROOM-DAY

Gabriel’s Nurse was eating fries with her two Nursing students. The patient is all prepped up, they’re just waiting for Doctor Gabriel.

GABRIEL’S NURSE

So how do you guys

feel? Excited?

STUDENT NURSE 1

Tired and sleepy. It’s

2 a.m. Do we really

need to slice him up

at this unholy hours of the

day?

GABRIEL’S NURSE

I was once a student nurse.

This is so exciting to be

your mentor. So tell me,

why do you guys

wants to be a Nurse?

STUDENT NURSE 1

To see naked people.

I have this fetish of

stripping everyone I see.

Gabriel’s nurse quickly covers herself up with the surgical gown that the patient was wearing. He screams.

STUDENT NURSE 2

Hook up with a doctor and

have access to endless meds.

It works with my mom.

She’s now just whoring

with doctors, she comes

home all drugged up.

GABRIEL’S NURSE

I feel like screaming

right now, until my lungs

pops out.

Suddenly Doctor Gabriel shows up, he immediately sliced the patient up. The patient screams in shock.

PATIENT

Excuse me, aren’t

you suppose to put

me to sleep first?

DOCTOR GABRIEL

You’re wearing a ring.

You’re having a surgery.

You’re not suppose to

wear anything ring.

Quickly extracts the patient’s pancreas up, and throw it at the surgical bowl that his nurse was holding.

PATIENT

When a guy loves

another guy, he will

take this ring right

now (Gives the ring to

Doctor Gabriel)

ditch me a buck and

let’s call it a day.

It’s not like it’s my

business or something,

but few hours ago,

I was at the bar and

so sick at listening to

your stories about how

your man left you for

Bangkok. If you love your

man, you gotta say it with

a ring.

DOCTOR GABRIEL

Of course, everything

you just said makes sense.

(To his Nurse)

Give this guy a buck.

I’m outta here.

Clear all my schedule

this week. I’m Bangkok bound,

right at this moment,

like right now.

Doctor Gabriel just left the room. Gabriel’s nurse panics, she tries to put the pancreas back to the patient.

PATIENT

Girl, seriously

that really hurts.

Aren’t you suppose to

glue it or something?

GABRIEL’S NURSE

I think it’s ok.

This is usually how

it’s done.

The patient stands up, his pancreas fell to the floor, the two Nursing students collapsed in sheer shock.

PATIENT

Does this look ok to

you? I’m not the Nurse

here, but I have eyes,

and I can clearly say

that my thingy just fell

right at that floor.
