How not to worry
Here are some tips so you’ll worry less, if not totally not worry at all: 1. You make your own worries, most of the things you worry about are something that might not happen at all. So stop making things that will only make you worry. 2. Try not to overthink things, whether it has something to do with an event that may not happen at all or behaviors of people around you, that you might just have misinterpreted. 3. When things get too much to think about, step out of that situation, better still use the word, stop. 4. Take a break from everything. Step out and treat yourself to an afternoon of spa, or stop by your favorite coffee place. 5. Talk to your closest friend, and open up on how you truly feel, including those nagging worries. It really helps to open up to someone you can really trust.
