You'll learn to appreciate your current neighborhood by simply jogging around, maybe meet a new friend or a reason to wave and say hi to a neighbor down the block.  3. When you jog after work, it helps control your stress levels. Instead of worrying about what happened at work, you'll have something to concentrate and put your mind on.  4.
