Two Easy Ab workouts to try: One: Knee chest dips- using your home or gym secure bar, raise your arm and hold on to the bar. Take deep breaths as you raise your knees towards your chest while slightly bending your hips, make sure that you hold tight on the secure bar. Do 12 repetitions, and take a break. You can do another set or two depending on your fitness level. Two: Ceiling Push- first position is in a push up position, swing to your right side with your left hand and feets supporting your weight while the right hand points to the ceiling. Switch position, same technique. Do six sets.
