How to control your online temper
It’s super easy to be angry online. But before you do something that you’ll regret later on, once you feel the anger steaming up, here’s what you can do: 1. Turn off your phone, and close your laptop. 2. Take a break from your social media accounts. 3. Unfriend the person that’s causing you pain and anger, its a better move than publicly broadcasting all your anger and issues. 4. If you feel the anger boiling up, it means that you pushed yourself to the limits again, you need to step back and assess your feelings and the situation. Don’t post anything or comment on any post that will just steam this anger up.
