Quick Veggie recipe


Want to impress your vegetarian friends? Here's a quick Veggie recipe, cut leek into tiny slices, cube onions, cut the red or orange bellpepper into strips, sliced carrots. Heat pan with oil, add slices of Tofu, after 4 to 5 minutes, add all the veggies, season with garlic powder, a dash of salt and lemon powder, add half teaspoon of sesame oil. Pan off the fire when the veggies are cooked, don't over cook, just the right amount of crispiness. Serve with slices of toasted bread or steamed rice.
