Four ways to boost the Happy in you

Want to be happy?  Of course there's no perfect formula for happiness. But here's what you can do which can boost your happiness within:  First, focus on your health by maintaining a balanced diet and by exercising regularly.  Second, volunteer and be active within your community. By seeing how others reacts as you help them and the progress of your work without expecting anything in return, you'll be surprised at how this sense of community will bring out the happy in you.  Third, do something that you haven't done before or afraid to do.  Mountain climbing? Learning how to scuba dive? How about yoga? and Fourth, break the silence and distance with someone you stopped talking with or had a misunderstandings with. By reaching out, you'll realize that this brings out lots of extra boosts of positive vibes.
