3 Things you can do to Relax

Feeling all stressed out lately?  Here are 3 things that you can do to relax:  First, make sure you have enough sleep, this means lighter meals for dinner and sleeping at a much earlier time.  You'll be surprised at how having a good night's rest changes everything, you'll wake up more refreshed with more energy for the day.   Second, go out and do something that will give you a "me" time. Whether a stroll by the park by yourself, afternoon walk with your dog or coffee hang out with your best friend at your favorite coffee place.  Third, exercise. As much as you hate going to the gym, now is the time to step out of those reservations and embrace a fit and healthy lifestyle. You can even hire a personal trainer to motivate you better.
