How often should you change your toothbrush?  Most dentists recommends every three months, for better hygiene, change it every two months. If you also noticed that the bristles are frayed, it's probably a good idea to grab a new brush the next time you hit Walgreens. If you have a cold or flu, it's also recommended to just go ahead and replace your toothbrush.  Also when storing your toothbrush, store it upright so it has a chance to dry out. When traveling, having a toothbrush case wouldn't hurt either.
