4 techniques to sleep better:  1. Don't think about stuffs when you're about to go to sleep. Stress, and too much worrying on your everyday stuffs will result in an eyes wide awake evening.  2. Create the vibes and scene to soothe yourself to sleep. Cooler and darker room. Scent of freshly blown candle lingering in the night air. Very light music in the background or if you're not into music, how about just creating a really quiet space? 3. Avoid caffeine and sugary beverages before going to bed.   4. If you don't feel like sleeping yet, why not read a book or call a friend or browse the internet, once you feel that you're ready to go to bed, take advantage of that moment and just go straight to bed.
