5 Ways to Control your Temper


Feeling your temper rising?  5 ways to subdue and control it:  1. Don't over react. It's easier said than done. If you feel that you're on the verge of over reacting, immediately snap out of the situation mentally and emotionally.  2.  Take a breather. Relax, take a deep breathe, walk around, think of other things, take a break.  3. Remember that anger will never justify your reaction. It can worsen things. 4. Before you say anything that you will only regret later on, give it some thought first.  5. Know your temper triggers, and try to avoid being caught in  situations that will kick start these triggers.
