So what to do with those Thanksgiving leftovers?  4 fixes:  1. Make a Turkey sandwich, slice the turkey into bite size portions, use your favorite bread, whether the regular wheat ones or the ones with mixed grains, top the sliced turkey with lettuce, tomatoes, a dash of olive oil, and 2 tablespoon of Italian salad dressing.  2. Turkey cream soup.  A can of mushroom soup, a cup of water, add in the Turkey cut in chunks, throw in some scallions, diced cilantro, simmer and few minutes later, serve!  3. How about a Turkey Alfredo pasta?  Prepare your favorite pasta, can be fettucine, or Angel hair, or even the regular spaghetti pasta, cook pasta. Add the Alfredo sauce, grated Parmesan cheese, throw in the Turkey, cook for 8 to 10 minutes, and enjoy.  4. Turkey Fried Rice, cook rice, once cooked, on  a skillet or wok, throw in the cooked rice, top with the Turkey, 4 tablespoon soy sauce, a tablespoon of Teriyaki sauce, throw in cooked vegetables, cook for 5 more minutes and serve.
