5 Tips on how to be calm


Five tips on how to be calm:  1. Focus on your breathing. When things gets tough or faced with a really challenging situation, take control of your breathing.  2. Step out of the situation. Don't confront it. Let everything cools down before you go back and take the step that you wanted to take.  3. Do yoga and meditation. You'll enjoy its rewards and amazing health benefits.  4. Take a time in the day to just be yourself. Walk by the park, browse through shops at the mall, or just have a quiet time reading a book at your favorite coffee shop.  5. Don't stress on little stuffs in life. They might all add up and create more complications. But that's for a future time. For now, just relax and be calm.
