Six ways to balance life:  1. Reward yourself, you can't just work, it will burn you down.  2. Opt for low stress, why worry and stress over life when you can just go with the flow and let things happen?  3. Focus on the essentials.   4. Take time to talk to yourself.  5. Spend time with people that matters with you.  6. If you fail, if you made a mistake, if things don't work your way as it should, tell yourself it's ok, you're going to succeed, you'll correct your mistake and you'll navigate things so it will work your way.
