Three Light Lunch that you can do
Looking for easy light lunch recipes that you can do? Try this: 1. Tuna Sandwich, open a can of chunk light tuna, dice some onions, quickly microwave or pan fry the tuna in vegetable or sesame oil, throw in the diced onions. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from oil, mix tuna with a tablespoon of mayonnaise. Use your favorite bread and enjoy your Tuna sandwich! 2. Green leafy salad, cut lettuce, add couple of spinach leaves, slice tomatoes and cucumbers, cut green bell pepper, toss everything using olive oil and some salt and lemon powder. Serve and enjoy! 3. Mushroom soup. Use Campbells mushroom soup, add a can of mushroom in the pot, follow the instruction, but only use 3/4 water, throw in a small can of mushrooms, or dice fresh mushroom, add diced bellpepper, two tablespoon of sweet corn (in can) and diced cilantro. Enjoy your soup!
