4 ways to overcome laziness

Feeling lazy? Four ways so you can overcome your laziness:  1. Have enough sleep. Did you realize the reason why you don't have any energy to tackle your day is because you're not giving yourself sufficient hours needed for a quality and restful sleep?  2. Set a goal, and motivate yourself in achieving that goal.  3. Take a rest during the day. Maybe a half hour workout, a walk outside or just to call someone. View this rest period as your down time, once its over, go back to what you're doing, you'll notice that taking  a break from that activity renews your energy and actually revitalize you to go back to the task at hand.  4. Simplify your activities. By organizing your task into its simplified form, you will realize that it's really not that hard, its just a matter of tackling it from one area to another.
