3 Military Style Workout routines


Here's 3 military style workout routines that you can integrate in your fitness plan:  One, running- combine jogging and walking within 30 minutes, try to target at least two miles.  Two, do the 40's , forty ab crunches, forty leg squats, forty push ups, in between your 40's, do 10 deep breathing exercise.  Three, swimming. Swim across your pool 10 times, and in between do 20 push ups.  Repeat and do another cycle.
