How to be Calm in 4 ways


Feeling the stress? 4 ways to stay calm:  First, regardless of what you're doing, take a break, and don't think of anything. Stand up, go outside and just take everything in, the afternoon breeze, be aware of your surrounding, including the noise that's around you. Close your eyes and relax. Take a deep breath.  And count from one to ten.  Second, take a walk. Stroll around and if the thoughts about that stressful situation comes up, downplay it, process and file it at the back of your mind. Third, do something that you really like. Afternoon coffee at your favorite coffee shop. Call a friend whom you had not seen for a long time and is eager to catch up with. Drive to the theater and just enjoy a nice movie.  Fourth, take a really nice long sleep. Rest and deal with the situation the next day. For the moment, its enough that you stay calm.
